1. How much does a project cost?

Each project is quoted individually based on client requirements. We offer both predefined packages and customized quotes. Because each website is a customized design to fit a client specific needs so the cost of the project can vary depending upon requirements. A custom web design allows the flexibility of creating your website in phases to fit your company's budget and changing needs.

2. What are the steps invloved from getting a quote to project completion?

i- We will send you a sheet so you could provide us detail of the project. You can also download that sheet from here.
ii- Fill the information and send back sheet to quotes@truecreativityatwork.com
iii- We will send you information about cost and project timelines.
iV - On your agreement with the quote and timelines, you will have to pay 25% of the cost at sign off and remaining 75% during and/or at the completion of project.

3. What payment methods are available?

We accept visa/master card and/or payment through paypal account. We will send you an invoice through paypal for each online payment installment and you can pay using any method mentioned above.

4. What payment plans are available?

There are no fixed payment plan. We ask our clients to device their own payment plans as per their ease. However initially we ask for minimum 25% of total cost at sign off.

5. How would I know the status of my project?

We will send weekly progress report to you once project has kicked off.

6. How long will it take to develop my website?

Time varies depending on scope of the website project. Typically a website takes 3-6 weeks to complete. For larger projects, timeline is provided.

7. Can I start off with a small web site and expand upon it as my needs grow?

Yes, your web site can be designed in a "phased" approach growing as you grow and your budget grows. We consult with you to determine your immediate needs and your future needs to plan the phases of your website.

8. What are maintenance and upgrade charges for completed projects?

Maintenance and upgrades effort will be estimated in number of hours.
i- Maintenance: $5 per hour (once initial free support period is over)
ii- Upgrades: $10 per hour

9. Do I have to pay maintenance charges during 'Free Support' days?

No, there are no maintenance charges during "free support" days. But any new changes (upgrades) will be charged at regular price.
